I made the cute little wall hanging in less than 30 minutes. I used a block of wood (from our fence building for the last two weeks). I painted it with black and then dry brushed on some antique gold paint. I the fussy cut the second piece of the patterned paper and used foam squares to pop it up. I used several different layers.
